The
Vision of Sanskritik Gaurav Sansthan (SGS) is to bring within the next decade a
silent revolution in the mind if every citizen.
v Generate
an environment wherein the humblest of us begins to ponder over how, where, and what, one
can give to the Nation rather than resort to the self-destructing attitude of
being on the look out for what one can snatch from the Nation.
v Develop
awarness about our Fundamental Duties and provide inspiration to vie with each other in
fulfilling them.
v Inculcate
Zest for life, quest for excellence in performance, thereby enhancing self-esteem and
sincere patriotic fervor.
v Create
a powerful bulwark of defence mechanism to conserve the sovereignty, unity, integrity and
the glorious cultural heritage of our Country.
v Infuse
national pride and create an environment wherein every citizen, high or low, may achieve
his/her full potential.
The key Elements of the Article 51A of the
Constitution of Bharat are:
-
To
Uphold and Protect the Sovereignty, Unity and Integrity of Bharat.
-
To
Value and Preserve the Rich Bharatiya Heritage.
With
the preservation of the Bhartiya values and heritage, the protection of the geographical
Bharat has no meanings. Without the geographical Bharat, the protection of the rich
Bhartiya culture will not be possible. Both demand simultaneous attention and action.
The imperatives of this exercise lie in the
fact that while other cultures (such as Christan, Islamic or the Atheist) have multiple
geographical regions to thrive in, Bharat is the one and ONLY HOME for sustaining the
Bharatiya values, Heritage and Culture.
The
action plan to meet the objectives of SGS mission is:
v To
tap the vast and invaluable talent of all those who have the potential of becoming OPINION
MAKING BODIES (OMBs) to provides leadership to this movement and attract all PATRIOTS of
every religious sect, caste or creed in its fold across the length and breadth of the
country.
v To
gather, analyze and create subject-wise data bank and share it with all branches of SGS
through a network of computer systems.
v To
generate letters to editors, position papers, pamphlets, news bulletins, booklets, and
books, for creating awareness in the people of Bharat and the World about the issues that
impinge upon the Values and Cultures of Bharat on the one hand and sovereignty, Unity and
Integrity of the nation on the other, and,
To
suggest how every citizen of Bharat can contribute his/her bit towards the
compliance of Article 51A.
The
intention is to develop a body of Opinion Makers for thwarting the systematic campaign of
anti-India forces that have designs to break up the Nation on communal, casteist or
regional or religious loyalties to the level of loyalty to the Nation as a whole.
Who
lives if Bharat dies? And who dies if Bharat lives?
It is this thought that has to be made all
pervasive in all the actions of the citizens of Bharat.
In
the words of Prime Minister Vajpayee: Hum Din Chaar Rahen Na Rahen Na Rahen. Tera
Vaibhav Amar Rahe Maa.
(No
matter if I live or die, (but) your glory be eternal oh! Mother of mine).
Regional
Centres (RCs) and Zonal Centers (ZCs) are
being established at important places in the country, and shall be
interconnected by computers with each other to facilitate free flow of information. The
RCs shall also be inter connected through the World Wide Web (Internet).
RCs at 21 places have already been
established and the Centres have been formed. The immensely enthusiastic response at these
RCs has been most gratifying. It looks as though the people were desperately waiting to
find a Channel for doing their bit in the service of the Nation and SGS has provided that
Channel
Tragically
enough all-Political Parties across the board, all Trade Unions, all Employees
Associations, indeed every section of our polity has fanned the flames of discontent with
the common infectious slogan of Hamaari Maang Poori Hon,Hammari Maange
Poori Hon,(our demand be met) or We shall fights for our RIGHTS. It
has been forgotten that No Right Can Flow Except A Duty Fulfilled. When the
whole country has become a Nation of takers, who then is the
Giver?
The
One and Only Giver is Bharatmaa. Whatever grows in the fields, in waters or in the
mines, comes from the bosom of Bharatmaa. And how long can she keep giving? She is
looking forward to seeing the bright faces of her grateful children, who can say, with a
sense of gratitude and dedication: Oh Ma! I shall be a GIVER now. All I would
want from you hereafter, is your Blessing
The
primary task of SGS therefore is to covert the Takers into Givers
The following are but a few symptoms of
the rot that is endangering this Scared Land
v There
is a near total degeneration in cultural and National pride.
v There
is calamitous erosion in human values.
v The
guiding influence of DHARMA (justice), sense of duty, respect for Law, reverence for
godliness is fast vanishing.
v Freedom
has been converted in to license for wrong doings.
v The
soul-less politicians will do anything to elected.
v A
cult of hatred has been nursed to retain vote banks.
v Village
brotherhood has been severely mauled by petty political rivalries.
v To
denigrate
v To
denigrate our time tested Vedic ideals has become a sign of progress and modernization. To
follow our ancient value system, our ethos and culture is looked upon as backwardness
and/or reactionary.
v To
denounce the majority community-the Hindus-has become a fashion of the so-called
secularists, for tearing apart the social fabric.
v There
is increasing evidence of a well-organized movement, externally controlled and internally
fueled, to challenge the very Sovereignty, Unity, Integrity, and Security of Bharat and to
destablize it, even disintegrate it.
v Bharat
commands scant respect in the Comity of Nation. There is a systematic campaign of
dis-information, mis-information, and false information regarding thing that could provide
badly needed nourishment to National Self-respect.
v This
ancient land of Bharat, even after 50 years of independence is still searching for its
IDENTITY.
v Foreign
as well as domestic mass media (TV, Video etc.) proudly mimic foreign life-styles (broken
families, disrespect to elders, extra-marital liaisons, drugs and violence).
v It
has been forgotten that when any religion seeks to convert the followers of other faiths,
it transcends the boundaries of religion and enters the dangerous realm of politics.
v Scant
respect is being shown to the indigenous traditions and customs, particularly those of the
Adivasees and Tribals, who are no less precious sons and daughter of this soil than any
others in the society. In fact they form an integral part of our unique National ethos.
v The
curriculum of Educational Institutions is a far cry from Vivekanandas clarion
call to have Man Making Education and Nation making Men.
v There
has been a systematic demolition of the institutions that give meaning to Democracy. The
Bureaucracy has been demoralized and politicized, while Politics has been criminalized.
v Bharat,
the land of Satyameva Jayate is today among the top ten most corrupt
Nations of the world.
The
extreme need of urgency to stem this rot is more than apparent. The SGS thus got born to
create an army of Oms/OMBs to contain this rising tide of chaos and anarchy and to go out
in the field to educate the young and the old about their DUTIES towards the
Nation, their duties towards THIS BLESSED LAND. BHARATMATA.
The SGS focus is very sharp and narrow. The happenings occurring in one corner of
the country remain unknown to all other parts of the country. SGS seeks to special the
